5 Ways To Kill
Hanging isn't the only way
1: Lethal Injection
Lethal injection, the most popular means of execution, is when three drugs are injected into a persons body to euthanize them. Sodium thiopental is used to put the person to sleep (meaning unconscious). Pancuronium bromide is used to stop or paralyze the muscles and also causes respiratory arrest. Then potassium chloride to finally stop the heart, killing them. Doctors aren't even administering the injections because it goes against their roles and oath. So when these people are dyeing, they are being killed by people who are not proffesionals. Not only that, the injections can go wrong causing the condemned to die in pain.

2: Electrocution
Just as it sounds electrocution is when you electrocute a person. Beginning in 1881 They are strapped down to a wooden chair where electrodes (a conductor of electricity) are placed on the head and the legs. This cruel process goes through multiple waves of electrocution rendering the internal organs dead starting with the brain.
3: Gas Chamber
A still legalized process, much like in WW2 the gas chamber is an enclosed room designed to kill living beings. Used most commonly is hydrogen cyanide. The process begins when the executor activates a mechanism that drops potassium cyanide into sulfuric acid below the chair where the condemned is strapped down. The reaction produces hydrogen cyanide. The victim then commonly has convulsions, can experience vomiting, and to be blunt, uncontrollably uses the bathroom. A cruel process considered the deadliest way to die.
5: Firing Squad
Firing squad is common in history during wars and other violent acts, but is still a secondary method today. In a firing squad the condemned is stood or sat in open fire of army or law officers. Multiple shooters are lined up and they all fire at once as to make sure the person is dead. Usually they will even have a target taped to them like target practice. A popular art piece "The Third Of May" is a representation of firing squad that provokes sympathy for the people that are slaughtered by this way of execution.
